Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using How Many Sleeps ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
How Many Sleeps is a free countdown app designed for kids and families. It allows users to create and track countdowns to upcoming events. The App stores all data locally on your device and does not require an account or internet connection to function.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's source code
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Redistribute or republish the App or any part of it
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and all other content, is the intellectual property of Leyline Digital and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leyline Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Australian Consumer Law
If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
